• Please note the following limitations:
      • All returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
      • Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
      • IMFINE is not responsible for any lost shipments.
      • All return/exchange items must be in unwashed and unworn condition in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags.
      • The buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping the order back and must provide tracking for the package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund (minus the cost of shipping) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
  • All exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of purchase. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please contact at contact@shopimfine.com for return process.
